 As an HVAC technician at Quality Air, you’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating and cooling systems. You’ll also diagnose problems and recommend solutions to improve energy efficiency and reduce costs. 

 As an HVAC installer at Quality Air, you’ll be responsible for installing new HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. You’ll also ensure that the systems are working correctly and make any necessary repairs. 

 As an HVAC sales representative / Home Comfort Advisor at Quality Air, you’ll sell HVAC systems and services to customers. You’ll also provide advice on which systems would best suit their needs. 

 CSR / Customer Service Representative. Answer incoming phone calls from customers and enter information into company specific software system. Prioritizes tasks, accordingly, assign maintenance jobs, answer inbound calls and assist them as needed to help ensure the routes are able to be completed to customer expectations.
